Hi Nugar, it was delicious :-). The photo is based on ads years ago for Pepto Bismol here in the U.S. which used the line, "I can't believe I ate the whole thing."

Enchalada Paul? Looks yummy to me. I didn't think to photograph this evening's dinner. LOL I like the ad idea. Wonder how many people remember this ad. I sure do. Ann C
