Well, I've entered this Challenge to learn, so I'll fool around with some cropping and cloning and see if I'm more pleased with the results. Later, however, not right now. Thanks for your comments. --Mary Anne
I agree that the reflection at top right adds balance, but personally it looks a bit too square and doesn't fit on my screen without scrolling so I would crop the top a bit.
Thanks for your input. Actually, I thought that branch that runs diagonally underwater above his head is more distracting. However, I like to leave things of nature as natural as possible. (Plus, my cloning skills leave somewhat to be desired. :-) So, I tried to balance the reedy stuff in the bottom left corner with the dark reflection in top right corner, which I thought "framed" the image to some extent. --Mary Anne
Could be also : Me my shadow and my reflection :) Interesting subject, but you make give him more value, if you clone out the distracting left bottom part in my opinion (*)
