Starfish Hill *

Starfish Hill, Cape Jervis, South Australia

For sometime I've been meaning to get some pics. of our new local windfarm, so with a nice sunny day, and working just down the road - only problem is I don't know which shot I like the best, so I've entered a selection in eligible and exhibition.

With this one I have increased the contrast, reduced the brightness, and increased the blues to get the turbines standing out from the background a bit.

Aren't these wind farms amazing? I had never seen one until last weekend and it just blew me away at how incredible they looked. I like the higgledy-piggledy arrangment of the turbines on the hill here. They look a bit surreal rising out of the land.
