Sorry I didn't make it in time for voting. I would have voted for this photo because looking at it I can hear and feel the crowd and anticipation. Excellent shot.

I love hot air balloons because they are all so wonderfully colorful. And against a cloudless blue sky their colors are more magnificant. So this images brings to mind all those great feelings but deals with the close in working end of a balloon, its mood and its own light. This is a powerful photo!
