I like this picture a lot, but I'd agree that the disembodied hand is a bit distracting. Looks like you are being attacked by the hand from 'Evil Dead' !

The comments about the highlight/ chain being a bit distracting are also true, I think.

Maybe it could do with being a bit sharper in general, to make the eyes more clearly defined ?

I how the whites of your eyes are the brightest points in the picture. It really brings them out and makes them the focal point. The very directional light is a double-edged sword. It highlights the countours of your face and your hand nicely, but I'm not enamored of that big shadow on the side of your nose. It's a little distracting. Also, there isn't any evidence that the hand is part of the same body as the head, as the hand appears to be floating in space. Maybe a lighter shirt or bare arm? Or maybe even crop a little tighter on that side so that the lighted hand runs off the edge of the frame. Also (being very nitpicky), you might want to dodge the chain on the right side of your neck a bit to avoid that one little highlight.
