Apple Wine and Photoshop

Melbourne, Australia

A work colleague gave me a bag of apples, so I decided to make Apple Wine. Then this challenge topic came up and I combined 2 of my hobbies - fruit wines and photoshop editing.

I've been making fruit wines for about a year. I particularly enjoy this hobby - watching the bubbles rise through the airlock as the must ferments, and then the sharing amongst family and friends after bottling. As a plus, most of the time is spent doing nothing at all which is a pleasant change. You can observe a bubble of carbon dioxide pushing through the airlock. The floating "bits" are chopped up sultanas (adds to the flavour).

Yes there is a lot (for me) of photoshop going on here, I hope you thought it was a single photo. There are 3 photos as a base for this collage; 2 of a single apple, plus one of the fermenter.
