It's bizarre how the WA makes the X stand out so much- nice work Penny.

Love the lettering in the street. Great angle. jano

What makes this work well for me is the deep focus and very sharp and supersized lettering in the street. -tv

thanks xray and Doug.

Plenty of distortion here with it all seemingly starting at the X. Clever. -Doug

Very cool.
X does indeed mark the spot (& more).

Aamm mate you should read the threads as that's where the topic always gets clarified. I stated in the 5th thread down that ..........
Technically 35mm is the starting point for wide angle in a full frame camera but as I'm not very technical I would say 28mm will be the one we will use as a starting point.

For the crop cameras it will be 18mm. If anyone doesn't have any lens this wide they can use the widest they have.............& no cheating as Penny is watching................

And I thought a WA is 35mm and wider. Rod mate needs to update his 70s info :)

thanks Rod. I thought you said 18mm.Penny Street

The challenge is young yet & you will be framing like a goodun in no time at all. Don't forget Penny you can use a focal length up to 28mm for your full frame picys so if very wide gets frustrating have a play with other focal lengths.

Thanks Rod and aam. I took others of this cone, but this was undoubtedly the best one. I am not used to framing with this lens as it feels like it sees too much. I could crop it, I guess if you think that might be better? Penny Street

Good one, Penny. Me like.

Nicely done Penny with the lines giving some order to an otherwise busy looking picy. Did you try any shots where the red drum was further into the corner? I don't know if it would have been better or not. The picy works for me as is anyhow.
