Thanks gentlemen. This house is constantly being fussed over, and the front garden is an incredible sight as the season progresses. It's early now and there's very few blooms but by midsummer it blossoms all over. Since my new job location has me passing by every day, you can expect to see the progress through the coming months if I keep the job. -tv
