I don't consider this centered but... I'm only ONE voter :-)
The image is really a very lovely shot and you did a nice job making this a B & W in what looks like a sepiatone. The lines kind of do add interest to this shot for me. Very creative, Shu. Markjay

It's cropped, and maybe near-middle, but, somehow, cropping an otherwise pleasing composition, is not a good idea. I'll keep the lines because I do think they add to the antiquity of the image. Thanks for your critiques, They are much appreciated!! shu

Hmmm, the color treatment works nice Shu but I guess I'm one of the ones the lines don't work too well for Shu. I like the light here.

I like the idea of this but your Centerpiece doesn't seem either centered or in the middle to me - sorry Shu! Now if you crop this to center the circle of the colander or even the bananas, it would work. CJ

very nicely done - Debi

It's a technique to create a more-authentic antique look to images. I wanted to achieve a vintage look to this mundane container of old fruit and therefore the sepia and vertical grain was added. It's not what everyone may like, but I suppose some will find it appealing. Thanks for your comments! shu

The lighting is great and is creating excellent shadows. I agree with Rod about the streaking. -Doug

Beautiful and I like the b/w tone - artistic.

I love the look of the classic still life shots so the tones work really well. I really don't like the added lines going through the picy which spoils the mood for me...Naughty girl:-)
