This challenge is interesting in that some interpret centered as where the focal point is and others that the main subject should be in the center. Let the voters speak! :))
Lovely image that has nice light. Markjay

Very nice work Sue Anne. Catch the moment while you can as soon she will be sending text messages by the hundreds rather than talking if she's like other youngsters these days :-) The centering looks just right to me here.

The very light color of the phone draws my attention, even if that's not the sharpest part of the picture, so it looks on topic to me! Very cute picture Sue Anne and I like how the cord leads us to the phone. :-) CJ

My eye was drawn immediately to the phone mouth piece and her mouth so I have to say it works quite well Sue Anne. -tv

It's a flattering portrait whether on or off topic. Great capture and something that should go in her childhood scrapbook. -Doug

Phones and mouths on the younger set are always attached, but the fingers and left side of the face are better in focus here. I think that's why Rod thinks they should be titled the subject. Penny Steet

Yes wait for Penny because the mouth & phone are the point of your picy & they're both Dab in the Middle. I would need an extreme wide angle to get a picy of my mouth:-)

Hmmmm, I see. I guess that could be a big distraction. I'll have to see if anything better comes along unless Penny says same thing?

A nice natural portrait Suey, well done. Her mouth & phone are right in the middle but my eyes are not overly drawn there, mainly the hand & face is what I'm looking at.
