Yes TV, that is alot of meat, it looks like alot but its layered thin.
I like the noodles and the rest of the veggies just as much and the Spring roll is all vegetarian.
It is true that the US does eat too much meat......

In Viet Nam in 1967 this much meat would have been considered a dish for a very special occasion and would have not been combined in one bowl but rather spread out in a manner appropriate for a celebration or fancy family meal. Its only the western fast food demand that throws it all together in such a way. But maybe things have changed over there too. It still looks quite appetizing. -tv

Yes CJ, for not wanting to make a big photo shoot in the restaurant, the SD works great and has IS. I want to take a quick picture before eating and not bring out a big camera or the owners might think I'm wierd.

Wow, that looks yummy Sue Anne. Looks much like a dish I order all the time at a cool cheap place locally except with fish instead of pork. Nicely composed and captured.
