I'm ready to return to being a sharp shooter myself. Like many others in this challenge, this picture makes me squint. The art forms a nice pattern leading us to the observer. -Doug

Thank you for the comments, folks. I'm with most of you in not really liking totally OOF shots, but I've been pretty desperate about coming up with anything here. My vision's blurred just from looking at all the blurry images!! I generally do prefer to have at least a little something in sharp focus.

Who knew Currier and Ives did religious art! It never entered my mind that they did anything other than country scenes. This must have been an interesting exhibit. I like the pattern made by the display and the lone figure but I really would prefer seeing this all in focus and then it would have been perfect for the "candid" challenge too. CJ

Blobs in Balance. Looks like a wonderful museum! Browsing through, it appears to have lots of interesting exhibits - Penny Street

The overall pattern created by the paintings & the person work really well. Nicely done Mary Anne.
I've had some fun with this challenge but I think I'm over oof picys now.

These OOF shots are wrecking havoc with my eyes. I keep rubbing them hoping things will clear up. I like this one but I think I would like it better if there was just one thing that was in focus so my eyes could take a rest. -dtallakson

This is as good as a totally OOF image can be, I think, Mary Anne.

Although, I do admit that I don't really enjoy totally OOF photos... *sigh* ~Lydia

Mary Anne this works well since it is perfectly clear what the scene is about, but you are either being sarcastic about the quality of art (or something), or you are playing with our minds and compulsive need to see these images. Too much tension.. I can't look any longer. -tv
