Most of us like to shoot images where the subject is sharp and the bokeh is buttery. After all, isn't that why we spend so much money on our gear? But what if everything was reversed?
The object of this challenge is to -- artfully and creatively -- place you subject way out of focus. This is not just about blurring the subject; motion blur or camera shake don't count. OOF is just that; putting the focal point anywhere but on the subject.
I suppose it is possible to do all of this in post processing. But for the sake of this challenge, do it IN CAMERA. On your honor!
Finally, some would argue, "The subject of the photo is whatever is in focus." Can you imagine drawing such fine distinctions??? Whatever. Think of the challenge this way then: Put what would be CONVENTIONALLY considered to be the subject of the photo OUT of FOCUS. Or -- what the hell -- put everything in the frame out of focus!
Following Konstantin's lead, I'm not tossing any pictures into pending because they are not OOF enough. That's for the voters to decide. Just keep your shots within the size limits.
