Thanks Keith and Doug and sombody. Yes this is about 9:30 am with most of the light coming from the east and some reflections off surrounding buildings. -tv

Really nice capture. Is this an early morning shot? Composition, light and colour are all very good. ~keithinmelbourne

This is great Tommy. There is plenty to look at from corner to corner. -Doug

Really nice, and a great perspective.

Thanks in alphabetical order Carole, dt, RK and Troy. I pass these trucks every day as I cross above them on my way to work. This day was unusual for the temperature and the cleaning activity. -tv

The steam makes it a very dynamic shot. ~dtallakson

Nice Shot!

I really like this Tom - the comp, colors, steam and water are terrific looking and there's even concrete here! :-) CJ

Lydia - no need to worry. I'll be an old coot long before you and Rod still calls me young (well not lately, but he has). Penny Street

I'm pleasantly surprised at the low noise level and good detail but it can't compare with an slr above the lowest ISOs. The wide angle is great and there's less barrel distortion than my old S70 at the same relative focal length. At ISO 400 the noise is much better than the S70 but can't compare with an slr. -tv

This old coot thinks this is pretty cool- like the colors. Yes I'm wondering about the sensor noise with even more pixels than I have with my G9 Tommy. This one looks good, and I sure wish my camera could shoot as wide as a G10.

When you look like me & Tommy you're doomed Lydia so while you still look so attractive & dare I say sexy, you can rest easy for a long while yet:-)

Uh oh... I think you're BOTH old coots.

*sigh* Have I hit the old time now? :) ~Lydia

It just never occurred to me about the low temps you get where the water would freeze if they used cold water. How far can you go with the iso settings Tommy? That's a lot of megapixels in a small sensor but it seems to do a great job.

Only an old coot can call another old coot an old coot. Thanks you old coot. I'm enjoying my carry everywhere camera. It's actually pretty manly (solidly built metal body) for its size. This worker is cleaning up his vehicle with pressurized hot water that generates good vapor in 30 degree farenheit temps. -tv

The ole bloke is going really well wiv his effeminate camera a. The dust or smoke coming from the cement truck & the water out of the hose work like a charm. Great shot Tommy.

What a brilliant capture - well seen.
The G10 is performing well.
