Love the shapes of the Deco buildings and looking forward to seeing more of them! :-) CJ

Lydia, check out what happened. I wrote about it under the concrete challenge thread. Brent, it is poured concrete. I am in S. Calif. My city suggests all new public buildings have this art deco kind of thing. ~dtallakson

I actually like this best of the two. Close enough to concrete but is this maybe a good old California stucco facade? By the way, where are you located in SoCal? I grew up down there- Seal Beach.

This view begins to look like some Art Deco ornament from Miami or something envisioned in an old science fiction movie. -tv

I prefer #1. But I'm glad you posted this one to provide additional detail.

Barack would never live in a place that attracts cops.
Penny Street

Geez that makes it worse as this sort of place looks as though it would attract photographers, unless of course this is Barack Obamas house:-)

Thanks Rod. I think I was taking this one when the cops arrived. ~dtallakson

The other one works so well for me making this picy excess to requirements. The light is really nice in this one though.
