YB, this very nice!!! It certainly a better entry than the gray sky. The sky looks wonderful here!
I am finding your entries to lean towards a more contrasty look, loosing some of the details to white or black. If you can manage to recover some from the extreme whites and blacks then it will be wonderful. You will have to do selective dodge and burn in the areas which have textures.

So you finally got your awesome "Ansel" clouds instead of just grey YB- good for you! This is a tough one to get looking straight because of the angle of the bridge I think. Still, if you draw a line through the main subject Cathedral it seems it is leaning a little off the the right maybe?
