The "Wind-Comb" is a big iron sculpture
by the Basque artist Eduardo Chillida (1924-2002),
dedicated to his hometown San Sebastián.

The different parts are "grounded"
on rocks of the shore-line.

I am sure you see where the sculpture is "attached" to what I consider to be part of the ground (the rock); don't you? ;-) But as long as you like the image anyway... Thanks for commenting, Penny! -- db.
