CSLR Challenge 117 -- Grounded

The concept is simply to take a photo of something (anything) which comes in contact with the ground.
Your challenge will be to then make that contact point important to the composition as a whole.
This could work by making that point the central element of the photograph – or maybe not.
(I’ll leave that to you and your creativity)
By ground I mean the earth, the floor, the sidewalk, etc.
Please try to keep the photos as straight forward as possible and, of course, have fun!
