It was quite unbelievable to me that they would be doing this - blocked off in a small area of the street - with tourists strolling by and the shops still open.

Not a scene your typical NYC tourist would be stopping to capture Penny, but so very interesting. I love those sparks and splashes of orange and yellow. With a closer look; even the background rewards the viewer with interesting bits and pieces. Nicely done!
