Thank you very much, MJ. This one did win a ribbon in camera club competition last year. The funny thing was that the judge, after judging, heard "self portrait" in the title and blurted out, in disbelief, "That's a GUY???!!!!", rather than thinking a woman could possibly be a photographer! LOL! Hence, validation to me that I use only my first initial on my work, rather than my whole first name, b/c there apparently is still a gender bias in the field. ~ Lonnit

Lonnit, you make for a very captivating model in ANY of your compositions. This one I have to agree has all the elements of a "classic Lonnit" self portrait / composition. IMO, this is one of your best! Markjay

Thanks, guys. Mel, perhaps you should consider switching to a less conservative company! LOL! ~ Lonnit

I attend lots of meetings chaired by 'Madam Chair' but they don't look like this.... !
Love the lighting and the composition... and... NO ... I did not boost the levels LOL!

Vintage Lonnit. The chair, the pose, the windows all come together in creating great geometric shapes. Quite a dynamic piece. -Michael
