Bob. You need to think out of the box. The wires have nothing to do with the fence. They are guy wires for the power pole. And look what's between the trees above the distant fence.... -- Victor
This has me intrigued Victor! There are several instances of repetition considering the two fences, the sets of wires and the trees between the fences but.... why are those wires bracing the fences at that angle? I dont think I have ever seen a fence built like that before? ~ Regards Bob.
It's not really misfocused. Consider the depth of field here. I would have taken this on a tripod so I could stop down more but my tripod is not tall enough. As it was, I had to hold the camera upside-down and stand on my tip-toes to get the view of the neighbor's fence. Also, this particular lens is not the sharpest lens. Also, some of what you're seeing as soft focus may simply be the effect of everything being covered in a layer of about a centimeter of rippled ice. That's what is responsible for the reticulated texture of the front fence. We're in effect viewing the fences through privacy glass held up to the fences. -- Victor
Boring picture, eh? I have a feeling that I will have been the biggest fan of this picture. What if I turn it into a challenge? How many kinds/instances of repetition can you find in this picture? -- Victor
