Got a lot of mileage from the window/moon shots but the added children took care of a few more hours of erasing and rebuilding!
Here is another shot with the children complete: http://www.pbase.com/melbob/image/72796027
The tedious part was repainting straps and front of their dresses and their shoes which were almost totally erased.
I discovered that the PS 'smudge' tool was good for this task. Enabled me to dab some colour where I wanted and smear it to shape a shoe.

Thanks Michael... and you are spot on! It is very addictive and I don't want to stop until I finish the job. But fortunately, I have been able to snooze a little over this break and keep rather odd hours. ~ Regards Bob

Well done, Bob. While I'm sorry to hear that this resulted in several 4 am sessions, it was well worth. Be honest, you'd do it again in a heartbeat wouldn't you :-) -Michael

Thank you Nico, ISO, Phil, Mary Anne, Alexeig, Traveller and Julie for your very kind complements and most of all for your patience. As you can see I have had a great deal of fun with this challenge, mainly because I've had some time to spend over the Xmas/New Year break.

My original idea for this involved a little boy kicking an empty can down the street but I couldn't set that up but I saw these two cuties in the local park (...with their mum!!!) and instead of offering them some 'boiled lollies' (LOL) I asked their mum could I take their photo without showing their faces and she kindly agreed. (So I gave her the boiled lollies (candy?)

Thanks again everyone it is great fun with your encouragement. ~Regards Bob

Son of a B....A winner for sure! I was going to compliment your set up for the Rum & Treasure shot, (how intricate, how interesting)...but now this...the happy marriage of technique and a Superlative idea....Congratulations. Best Wishes, Traveller

Another man on good form currently - nice work indeed.

Iso - don't encourage Mr Puff, his jeans always seem to walk away with the prize (geddit?) when they appear...

Hehe. This *is* a great idea. I prefer this to the smoking gun as it has just that bit more *empty* in it. We just need Mr Puff's empty jeans to make an appearance in the gallery now.

Goodness gracious, Sir! How many intricate, unique and creative "visions" did you come up with for this Challenge?! :-) You seem to be on roll here with all sorts of complex collage-type work. I am really impressed. ~jnconradie
