Very well done Sharon! I like the composition and toning. Great combo - low-fat milk and high-fat cookies - my kind of snack! ;-) CJ

Right on target. Nice execution of a well-thought-out idea.

The reply is appreciated, Sharon. I have to remember that for when I have an unwanted purple object to content with! :-) Regards ~jnconradie

Thanks, Lee, Nico, Vikas, Melanie and Michael! Nico, I am using Photoshop and what I did was to desaturate the image and then using "variations" added color back in until I was happy. This image had to be monotone because that milk carton is purple! ~Sharon

LOL, love it. That empty glass just sparkles and makes it feel all the more empty. -Michael

Very nice idea and execution. The toning really adds to the photograph.

Cheers, Vikas.

Great toning. I would not mind hearing from you which software you used, or how you did this. It really does look great and enhances the picture a lot, in my opinion. Regards ~jnconradie

Yeah, I do! Thanks, Techo! I left the shadow in because I thought it helped draw the composition together and without it the shot is very sterile. I'll think about removing it if I get a bunch more comments disliking it. I appreciate your comments! ~Sharon

Dont you just hate when that happens! ;)

Most excellent take on the theme. A great shot too. I like the lighting, toning treatment and of course the compostion. I have mixed feelings about the shadow on the wall, I like it because it adds to the comfy home look, but otherwise can be somewhat distracting. Just leave it in and I'll like it just as much.
