Thank you Bruce. Actually, I posted this image in this way, cropping my little buddy severely...because in this instance, I was primarily drawn to the subtle lines and curves in the shadows and highlights, and the way his front paw just touched the surface. And I liked the way the shadow lines at the bottom mimic the line of his chest and belly. I thought the bright white of the negative snow-space helped to enhance the delicate lines and curves. But apparently I'm just seeing things again...:) --Melanie
