Melanie, I haven't had time to comment on pictures this time around but didn't want to leave this without letting you know that I loved this picture and found it to be perfectly on topic with your dog's eyes shut against the blinding BH of the snow. Great perspective and composition too - and that's why I voted for it! CJ
Thank you Nico :). I did not realize his eyes were shut until I was looking at the pictures on the computer. I thought the intense bright white of the snow, the sun on his face, and his closed eyes made this a candidate for this challenge. Thank you for commenting. --Melanie
