Not bokeh in the strictest sense of the word, no.
But, yes, «out-of-focus portions of the picture»
that «serve to enhance the subject»
as our host puts it...

This one also uses the idea of blurriness to great effect even though the out-of-focus part is in the foreground. Again a wonderful story seems to be being told with this image. I like all three of your b&w shots! ~Sharon
