Thanks for the comment, Melanie. I liked the layers and colors, too. I think it was just one of those days. This image is pretty much as it came out of the little P&S Fuji FinePix. There was a lot of moisture in the air for Colorado and all the subjects, even the tops of the Aspen trees in the foreground (about 200'), were at a considerable distance from the camera. I tried sharpening the image, but it only seems to add artifacts. Thanks again, -mikey
I like the colors and layers the distance and topography give; but I'm having trouble focusing on it, as if it's either not quite in focus, or maybe overly compressed. I'm not sure. Maybe it's just me. --Melanie
