Traveller's Bar & Grill

I have different perspectives on this and so I may try again. This is a first go round. But it is punchy and conveys the message...which is the point of advertising...I think...lol

I like your ad Traveller and while the French Fries don't necessarily convey the idea of "healthy" eating, they sure are tasty and look delicious (one of my guilty pleasures)! Maybe just changing the message to present that idea would go better with this image. CJ
PS Thanks for your help on my ad!

People have bitched to me about the french fries, but there really was nothing I could do about that once they were on the plate, (though admittedly I could have substituted fruit instead of french fries). The real problem of this shot is that it was done at an outside table on a very, very busy pedestrian street, people by the dozens were strolling by, cars were pulling up to discharge passengers....getting a free field of view was the challenge. (and of course the copy, which I am proud of).

Best Wishes, Traveller

Once you help Alastair in Houston, come over to Atlanta... we need some healthy eating here... Good start. You have the add part perfected, now you are ready to open one. :) -Cat

Excellent. Let me know when you open one in Houston! I also prefer this to the next one, which is good too. You can tell it's a classy joint with the Grey Poupon. None of that Gulden's junk, or even worse, that yellow abomination that some places pass off as mustard :)

Thank you very much Judi...but this really is Great. If I owned an eatery, I would be proud to have this kind of presentation. The discover hapiness, is Dauphine, as is the Traveller's Bar & Grill, and comes with Photoshop, or maybe photoshop picked it up from my computer. But I believe that most people running a PC has this Font.

The problem is that I have sooooooo very many fonts, it is difficult to keep finding one that you like because you forget...in the end I had to take notes to know what fonts I was playing with. Interestingly, changing color or fonts or font size from one to another requires you to do a Layers>Merge Visable Layers, before you can start a new one. This was very frustrating until, by random chance, I figured out was was required.

Yes, these challenges are great fun because they force you to do things that you would not normally do. In the end, the competition and the bar is set so high, all you can do is enjoy yourself...which is my attitude here. Smile, have fun, giggle a bit, don't worry about winning...BTW, it is nice to have you on board. Best Wishes, Traveller

This is great, and I love the fonts, do they come by default in photoshop or are did you use a plug-in. Judi

This makes me hungry also. I like the composition of this photo better than the next.
