Yes, it is a striking image! I think the harshness makes the image. There's something strangely attractive about the harsh lighting, especially on the hair......gives the image a wildness that creates excitement, IMO. shu
Nice reversal of stereotypes, with man softly lit and woman harshly lit. A little too harshly, perhaps, but it certainly makes for a striking image.
