This is an amazing picture of an incredible stack of dwellings - I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it! With the post processing that Phil demonstrated and and a little straightening, this would look like it came from a documentary piece. CJ

That's an impressive and mightily scary looking structure.
However (and forgive me, I don't do this very often) it can be hugely improved with a little PP.
The image is very hazy looking - very typical of Canon's sensors -and also needs a dose of USM.
I spent (literally) 30 seconds on it, and the results are here:
