Superb ballet shot! My only nit is the aspect ratio, but that is really minor... Could this have been a square with slightly more at the bottom? I'm thinking a little extra of the reflection in the floor wouldn't hurt, but I don't know...

I love the clear sharp detail of the dancer on her toes contrasting with the oh so soft focus of the dancers on their feet. It's a great dicotomy! - Pops

Thanks for the comments. Had the people around me known that I was taking feet shots, they probably would have thought I was crazy. :)

Traveller, I agree about the DOF, but some of the blur may be from motion. I was shooting wide open & underexposing by a full stop just to get the shutter speed to 1/80 sec. Had to work with the lighting conditions the best I could.

This one isolating the feet is very nice. I wish you had a little more DOF...but looking at the exif, I see that you took it about as far as possible. Still, a lovely composition. Traveller
