The World on a Spoon - v2

PS work: Pretty simple... crop, levels, saturation, noise removal for background only. Resize, sharpen whole photo then selectivly sharpened the sphere. One photo not a render of two.

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
F5, 1/8sec, iso200 , manual, no flash full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Thanks Jim.

I added a few minor touchups to this one... selectively sharpening the smaller globe, and applied some noise reduction to the background.

Thanks again to all who left comments on both photos. Appreciate it. I'll move one to pending before the booth opens. I still like both for their different qualities, coin toss anyone? ;)

I can't decide which of these I prefer. My first instinct was the first one, however. I think it's the way the spoon enters the frame in the other one that I prefer. Regardless, these are both very nicely done.

I like this one better. I do not see a problem with the big earth cut off to make it not on topic. Well done.
