I really like the colors and movement in this. --Melanie (mlynn)

Lonnit, you've got mail! --Olaf.dk

Good call, Olaf - that reflection was barely visible. Thanks. :) As for cloning out the wires; that would be an incredibly tedious job b/c of all the chain details. If someone wants to license the image for commercial use, and pay me a couple grand, then I'll consider attempting that edit! ;) ~ Lonnit

I like this - and as you say it grows on you the more you look. Had the image been mine I would be tempted to clone out a few things: most importantly the surface in the lower right corner that is reflecting some of the warm light, and secondly the dark cables in the sky. I think it is their direction more than their presence that I find troublesome. --Olaf.dk

yep, i like the boys better. BUT, you do have some interesting body parts coming out of no where on this shot. I don't see the guy you mention but i do see a pair of tennis shoes dangling on their own. Granted, my work monitor Sucks Big Time so I'll have to view this again at home. Oh, wait. I do see him. on the left. Wow, this is like one of those illusion puzzles. quite fun!

The boys on the swing is here:http://www.pbase.com/image/48521194

Keep looking Dorys and let it grow! LOL! Did you notice the guy on the far right that is bent over frontwards, with his arms hanging down, looking like he's about to fall out? There's also a pair of unattached arms reaching out from his back stretching forwards! ~ Lonnit

The boys on the swing. Maybe you can post a link to the boys/lensbaby so I can look again. The lensbaby shots seem a bit more mysterious and interesting to me.

Personally, I just think there is way too much blurrrrrr on this shot. The bright colors contrasted with the deep blue is cool but that's about it. Well, the hint of legs, feet and one head is pretty interesting too. Maybe if I stare at this for a while longer it will grow on me. :-)

Dorys, Do you mean you like the girl on the swing better or the boys with the swing better. This one replaced the boys, not the girls. I really like the girl shot, so that's not going anywhere. :) ~ Lonnit

This shot is pretty cool Lonnit. but I think I liked the lensbaby shot better.

Thanks guys. :) As for the crop, I wanted to keep the larger dark area for balance to the brightness, plus, I wanted to give them some room to "fly into". What do the rest of you think about the crop; is it ok like this? ~ Lonnit

Another good creative shot. A nice compliment of colours.

Antidote, FYI an L-lens is an L-shaped lens that works like a periscope only sideways instead ;-) --Olaf.dk

L lens? what's that? :)
awesome exposure on this one.

I like it Lonnit, the eye is immediately attracted to the color and motion. I suppose I might (?) crop out a little more of the darkness, both above and to the right...but that's just me...Your opinion may well vary, Season to taste...lol Best Wishes, Traveller

They'll be no complaints about this lens - took off the Lensbaby and brought out the big guns... got the 24-70 L here! LOL! No special effects equipment, just good ol' fashioned motion blur for the purists in the bunch. Only PS work was a very minor color correction and cropping to remove some lights. ~ Lonnit
