Shot on a monopod with 1.4x TC and IS. Processed the raw file to JPEG in the EOS Viewer Utility. Followed that in Photoshop CS: cropped to 8x10, manual levels, slight tweaking with healing brush to remove something hanging from larger baloon, heavy on the USM, resized down (bicubic smoother). Saved at quality 10 to make < 150KB.
