Essential Oils

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential, that is, our bodies cannot build these from other fatty acids. Fish is the main source of these fatty acids, so if you don't eat enough fish, supplementing with capsules like these is strongly recommended. These fatty acids are especially needed for the brain and nervous system, so if you want to stay smart, make sure to get your weekly dose of fish oil.

As a play on OIL of OLAY, I considered entitling this OIL of OLAF, but that would make me a fish!

(or read it all, including the posts preceding it, for an interesting discussion on what bokeh is and isn't). Basically, my point is that any out of focus area shows bokeh...

Great setup and execution. Correct me if I am wrong...but I fail to see any bokeh here...just OOF jar.

Great high key shot, Olaf! Photographed in that light really makes the capsules look beneficial somehow. The photos in the link in your comment below are no longer there. ~Sharon

But does it fix broken bones? Cos if it does, I'll take it 3 times daily.
Great shot by the way. Love the yellow gold on the white background.

Olay, Olaf! lol Nice work. You did a nice job, nice comp. Want to (*) improve on it? Next time rotate the capsuls that have their mold mark/ manufacture line showing, so they are not visible. I know it's a small detail but, I've photographed vitamin e pills for a client and I made that mistake on my first attempt :-) Not a big thing but hey, this is the art of photography... we strive to improve even the smallest of details (and pain in the _sses like me take notice of those little details. lol Markjay
