This is a drop of water.

The flash is my shoe mount flash sunpak 383 super, and the Background is a glass ashtray I got filled with water.

Beautiful lighting. Are you using white light on a colored object or blue light on a clear object? I'm guessing white lights because of the white highlights. Either way, the effect is very dramatic.
