Edward is right, the center doesn't move. So sad that it had to be a 4s or over shot - I missed that part of the rules. Oh well, maybe I'll go back when it is darker and shoot it for four seconds.
I'm not Joe...but, um, the center part of a carousel like this does not rotate with the horses.

wow, pretty cool shot Joe! I know you don't have a (*) but you may not be eligible with this shot because it's only 2 seconds. In anycase, can you elaborate on how you got the motion blurr on the outside but not on the center decoration?
