Grant: Two * means, "lay it on me!" I actually added sky and ground! My thinking was, a narrow strip would look strange. The pano was shot at 133mm oriented vertically a field of 8 shots with about 30 percent overlap. The camera wasn't level so the last few shots chopped the refinary at the bottom. I'll see about chaning this one, when I get some time. Too busy with work.

I like this. But since you have 2(!) asterisks, I'll offer some creaive advice that is worrth what you are paying for it...Had you tried cropping out some of the sky and a little of the ground? That would really emphasize the multitude of different colors in the scene. Great job on a tough subject.

Great subject - the wisps of steam work well with the long exposure. BTW, you should put a shot date on this at the very least. -Ed Hahn

Frank, you're a strong swimmer. Talk about jumping in at the deep end. Im still struggling with daytime panos and you're stitching together shots of floodlit oil refineries. Its a great subject although this image looks a little blurry.
