Dear Bruce:

This really is a striking image. As other people have noted the sky is perfect, and necessary as it is. Further, because of its essential truth, I think that the title helps direct people's feelings about the image, giving them an emotional and intellectual point build around.

All in all, just about a perfect match between idea and execution...a rare feat indeed.

Yes. This is great. Whilst the framing is spot on, it just wouldn't be the same without that sky like it is.

In general, I prefer color. But I can do without it in this image. Did you enter this one back in the 'Look Up!' challenge? It would have been a contender.
