Every evening during the summer holiday season, a crowd gathers around the Cafe Del Mar in San Antonio, Ibiza to watch the sunset. A deejay plays beautiful, chillout music that's timed to coincide with the setting of the sun. As it disappears over the horizon everybody claps. I've never been sure whether we are applauding the sunset or the music, but there is something about the whole ambiance that makes it a rather moving experience.
