Theme: Into The Light

Shoot “Into the Light” for creating or strengthening a composition, adding emphasis to a subject, or creating a desired artistic mood and effect. The critical light to your composition must be in front of and directed at least partially toward the camera; other sources of ambient or supplemental light may come from any angle. The subject may be backlit producing a silhouette, the light itself may be the primary subject, or the subject may be translucent or simply highlighted by the backlight.


The Eligible gallery is for images captured with a Canon DSLR during the Challenge period and subject to rules outlined in the official Challenge thread.
The Exhibition gallery is for images taken at any time with any camera.

Enter a maximum of three pictures per person in each gallery and please remember the 150kByte limit.
