Thanks Kenneth. I do love the rather timeless feel to this myself. The problem I had with cropping the top is that you can barely see the water spray as it is, and when you take the top off you really can't see it at all. This was as far as I felt comfortable with pushing the crop. ~ Lonnit
Lonnit, I really like this one. In the ctf challenge you said my "Splash" photo looked as if it could have been taken in the 1920s ... I feel that way about this one. It really looks timeless. I do think, however, that it might be better if the trees were cropped from the top of the photo. To me, the focal point is the face of the child on the right, looking over the glasses. The trees detract from that, I think. I would crop it just above the tallest child's head. -- Kenneth
