I guess I wasn't paying attention (or, covering for himself, I was busy looking at the pictures so I didn't notice). -- Victor

Where have you been Victor? I stopped framing ages ago! LOL! Now I only frame with a white border if I do frame, and that's only when I feel the image is not sitting well on the dark gallery background. I'll admit though, that I did play with a mount for this one but then took it off. It didn't help it and it didn't hurt it, so I figured if it wasn't serving a purpose I wouldn't bother leaving it on. :) ~ Lonnit

Anna, I'm not sure that would look very good. Now that you mention it, though, this is a rare Lonnit that isn't framed. Framing would probably help. -- Victor

Lonnit putting 3 pictures together to make a recognisable word is brilliant. This fits so well in the challenge theme. Have you considered kinda blurring out the edges between the pictures?

Oh well... can't blame a gal for tryin' :-)

Nice try Tracey but nope - the O is from not only a different tree, but a different species! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Looking at this closely, it looks like that o is taken from the gnarl in the y tree? Neat idea and nicely done - Tracy

Yeah, that's my weird sense of humor. See I changed my mind again mid-post. -- Victor

Lonnit, This is just great. Makes a good holiday card. theFly

Thanks Shu. I figured it was seasonally appropriate as well. :)

Victor: LOL! But you DID say it!! LOL!

The word "Joy" reminds me of the holiday season. It's a word we should focus on more often. Nicely put together, Lonnet. Shu

I noticed the bricks and trees. I was going to say that logically that would make the word want to be JYO, but then I decided not to say it at all. -- Victor
Canon DSLR Challenge09-Dec-2004 05:02
The theme is 'in my yard'. There are bricks in the end shots, and trees in the 2nd and 3rd, with even a bit of plant life at the end of the J. Brickentrees! :) Lonnit

I like you you spelled a word, but other than that, I don't see a common theme to all three pictures. -- Victor
