No fancy setup, just a shot of what I do on many days. Get bored of working, clear a space on the desk, play around with the camera doing some worthless lens tests, hide the camera quickly if someone knocks on the door. Heh.
BTW is the tip of the pen in focus???

Nice DOF effect. In fact, this is how a human eye reads too. I thought that the thing in the foreground is something medical too.

Hi Jonas, a spy cam is no fun to do lens tests on. The round thing is my stetoskop and the other thing is a shutter release for the camera. I don't try very hard to hide the camera, people at work are so sick and tired of having it pointed at them that they are most grateful when I take pictures of my pen :-) Hmm...now I have a good idea for another shot..

A good every day life shot with your caracteristic nice short dof! Is that a medical ultrasound instrument lying on the paper..? First thought it was a earpiece headphone but the size is a little off. A mark II is a little larger than a Minox spy cam, must be hard to hide..? /Jonas
