Body in the Driveway

Our Driveway

Okay, this may not fit the theme exactly but it is a pretty dark day for the Chaikins of Bellingham. My husband was on his way to the college to teach a workshop with me when an uninsured driver tried to make it through a light and crashed into his 1963 356B Porsche. (Good news was he was not injured. Phew!) Here is "Miss Portia" languishing in our driveway because all of the body shops are full. So we have a wounded body in our driveway. Bwahahahaha.... Ann

I think one of the Porsche 356 models is my favorite car, probably an early 50s version. -- Victor

I like the rocks under the front tires - keeping the front bumber off the ground?? Very sad photo - beautiful classic. - Ralph

Oh Ann, I feel your pain.... Such a tragedy for a classic. Hope it isn't too bent to be fixed.
