Well balanced composition. I think the square image helps make it complete. I think I'd be more likely to expect something in the circle if it were off center in a rectagular image.
Definitely graphic, but I miss something in the center - a bird, a plane, or something! As it is here it is kind of like a fancy frame around nothing. Is it jpg-artifacts we see in the blue, because you had to compress it more than what was good for the image? Interesting pattern nonetheless - well seen! Looking up can give you many positive experiences that pass by unnoticed by most people. However it is preferable to have someone looking down for you - warning you of dog-poop and other not so nice things that will make your shoes smell (speaking from hard-earned own experience)! --Olaf
