Like Angela, I like the subject and the tight crop. Had this been mine, I would have perked up the contrast a bit and taken out some of the reddish cast.

Her hands DO look more grown up than she is!! My goodness, Grant. They sure do grow up fast, don't they? I love the tight composition of this. The touching thumbs and forefinger really pull it together.
