A peaceful and eyecatching picture, Shu. I like the framing with the rocks in the foreground a lot. The angle of the shadow is particularly nice. Now 2 critic points (hope you don't mind, it's only my own opinion)
1. boat more to the left would be nice
2. watch out for over-sharpening.
An appealing picture that I come back to several times.

I too am struck by the loveliness of this image. Beautiful light, great composition!
I disagree, however, with Olaf's suggestion for placement of the sailboat. If you consider the area between the two rocks as the "stage", so to speak, for the boat, it is placed exactly where it should be---entering stage right. We then anticipate its movement across the stage. Perfect!
Beautiful job, Shu!
Just my $2. (inflation, you know)

Great shot Shu, love the way the rocks intersect and form a V where you can see the sailboat, that really makes the shot and of course, the whole perspective. Very very nice indeed................ Vikas

Olaf--Thanks for the tip. I'm so glad you guys are critiquing my pics. As we all know, one can't always see these things in his own work. If it doesn't matter too much, I think I'll leave it alone and consider it a learning experience. I'm just happy to know you like it. Shu

Forgot to mention that I really like having the sailboat in the picture! Had it been me, I would have waited a few more seconds - until the boat had reached the projection of the intersecting point between the two rocks and the sand - before pressing the shutter. If you agree, I guess it is not too late to do something about it, with great help from the cloning tool. --Olaf

I like this!!! - Nice composition, interesting shapes and colors. The low sunlight really help in bringing out the texture of the stones - I can almost feel that texture! Really don't care for the frame - the shape, color and especially the soft shadow it casts on the image! The shapes of the stones make me think about two animals, like sea-lions or something, lying close together on the beach. Very nice shot! --Olaf
