I really didn't think I would even enter this contest because it didn't fit with my wander-the-streets style of photography, but thought this image would do the trick. Not to give away my secrets, but it was a store window display in La Jolla, CA. Excellent art direction by whoever put that window together, all I had to do was stop and shoot! I liked it in color, but b&w with a little extra brightness and contrast made it pop. Other than that, just cleaned up some minor reflections in the window. I'm not terribly careful about resizing for the web, so I may have oversharpened and created jaggies. Thanks again everybody!
Great shot bee! I like the contrast, the composition, and the water shadow on the wall kind of makes this work for me. Your image is also crisp and sharply focused :-) Markjay

I really like this too. (*) There are some jaggies happening that are a bit distracting though. It could be the compression to 150 doing it. :( -- Patt.

I have to agree with Teapot here. Love shadow spelling WATER! The strong directional light (sunlight, I presume) really makes this shot. The super-sharp and dark shadows contrast nicely with the softer shading of the bathtub. Perfect black and white treatment - and black and white just seems to be the perfect choice for this scene! --Olaf

There's a real WOW factor with this shot bee. Beautifully sharp. Stunningly bright. Truely excellent.
