Well, I guess throwing snowballs doesn't really effect anyones safety too much...

It was taken at a rally in Bournemouth where snow is a rare occurance. There were a few people having snowball fights, but as far as I could tell the marshalls were trying to hit a tree some distance away as a spot of target practice. - Richard

Reading what I can from his vest, it looks like he works for the local Automobile Club. Was he throwing at the cars??!! Did you capture this while driving?? I love it!!!
